in-memoriam-phVincent M. Givens, 47, of Boonville, died Wednesday at his home. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Monday at St. Matthew A.M.E. Church. Visitation will be from 6-8 Sunday at the H.T. May and Son Funeral Home in Boonville.

 Vincent Givens was born December 30, 1961 in Sedalia, MO. the son of Leroy Cole and Doris Givens.

He was a member of St. Matthew A.M.E. Church.

 Survivors include his mother Doris Camp of Kansas City, MO., one son Vincent Givens of Boonville, four daughters Venile Givens of Boonville, Lamanda Jackson of Columbia , Rahdika Brown of San Antonio, TX., and Latresh Jackson : and 4 grandchildren.

Edith Alfreda Lewis

in-memoriam-phEdith Alfreda Lewis, 82, of Boonville, died Monday at Riverdell Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Saturday at New Life In Christ Ministries. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Cemetery in Bunceton. Visitation will be from 1-2 PM Saturday at the church.

 Alfreda was born January 6, 1927 in Bunceton the daughter of William Miles and Lemmie Crump. She was a member of Greater New Life Ministries.

 Survivors include 2 sons Eld. Maurice Miles of Moberly and Mern Lewis of Boonville, 4 daughters Darlene Jackson, Tina Lewis and Sharon Lewis all of Boonville, and Cindy Lewis of Columbia , and one brother Earl Miles of Columbia, 16 grandchildren and 28 great-grand children.
