To the family of Doncella: Doncella was a ball of fire! She kept us on our feet here at Lakewood Apartments. She always thought of us when she would prepare lunch or just needed someone to talk to. She will be greatly missed. It is such a loss to the staff of Lakewood. RIP Doncella, we love and miss you!

To Lorenzo & Alcena Doxley, and the entire Doxley family, we usher to you our prayers and condolences in the demise of your loved one, DONCELLA DANIELS.
We know that death is hard to except, but I say to you that know and believe in Our Lord Jesus Christ that to die is to gain.
Jesus Christ spoke of the resurrection and the life in HIM, and the fact of the matter that Christ told us that we SHALL see our loved ones again, IF we believe in HIM JESUS CHRIST.
Be comforted and know that God understands the pain, loneliness that you feel at this hour.
Peace be unto you, and the Grace of God keep you hearts and minds in the Lord Jesus.
“IN THE SWEET BYE AND BYE, WE SHALL MEET ON THAT BEAUTIFUL SHORE.”
    Be Blessed!

Ms. Barbara Doxley and Family, I am sorry for your loss. It is so hard to put it in words, but quoting scriptures from Jehovah God’s word says it all for me. At ACTS 24:15 the apostle Paul states this “and I have hope toward God, which hope these [men] themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” That is so comforting to know.

May Jehovah continue to be with you.

Immediate Arrangements

Many decisions must be made when you lose a loved one, and we offer caring and professional support to guide you through that process while you grieve. Please call our Columbia office at 573.443.2273 (or the H.T. May & Son Funeral Home location nearest you) to speak in person with a trained funeral director.

Funeral Pre-Planning

Such planning helps prevent the surviving family members from having to make arrangements on short notice, reduces emotional strain and helps to ensure that the wishes of the deceased will be respected.
